• LabClean

  LabClean will enable you to maintain the safety of your working laboratory environment. LabClean is LabLogic’s neutral and concentrated solution that effectively removes radioactivity from laboratory glassware, equipment and surfaces.
  LabClean is a concentrated, neutral, economical and highly effective solution for safe and fast removal of radioactivity from laboratory glassware, equipment and laboratory surfaces. It is also an excellent general laboratory cleaner and degreaser.
  In normal use, LabClean is diluted 1:50 with water, and the glassware left to soak overnight and rinsed clean with distilled water. For faster decontamination, LabClean should be diluted 1:20 with water and the temperature elevated. Agitation will significantly accelerate the process. For surface decontamination, such as lab benches and tops, LabClean should be used undiluted.
  LabClean is biodegradable and mild to the skin when diluted 1:50. LabClean is not only more effective than chromic acid but is safer to use as well. Quart containers are supplied with a spray-head.

• Labmat™

  Labmat™ simplifies clean up and protects surfaces from stains and spills. Highly absorbant top surface traps water, dyes, corrosive chemicals and radioactive solutions. Flexible polyethylene backing prevents solutions fom soaking through.

• LabWipes

  LabWipes are excellent pads for environmental wipe tests. In addition, LabWipes dissolve in scintillation fluid, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.
  LabWipes completely dissolve subsequently assuring superior environmental wipe tests. LabWipes are completely soluble in any scintillation solution, and due to this characteristic, no emitted beta ray can be hindered or absorbed by an undissolved portion of the wipe. LabWipes allow full 4pi counting efficiencies, thereby eliminating the possibility of lost counts due to absorption of beta rays by the filter itself.
  Method:
  1. Spray LabClean on the area to be tested.
  2. Wipe the area with a LabWipe.
  3. Dissolve the LabWipe in any scintillation solution.
  4. Count.

• Safety Assay Mat

  Highly absorbent surface reduces the spread of contaminated liquids. Large size mat (45cm x 60cm) provides ample room to organise all work materials. Made from rayon with a cellulose filler and water resistant polyethylene backing. Warning tape can be used to hold mat in place. Packaged 50 per case.

• Stainless Steel Work Trays

  Stainless steel trays confine radiologicals, hazardous chemicals, acids and other potential contaminants. For maximum protection trays can be lined with absorbent covering. Available in three convenient sizes.

• Versi-Dry® Lab Soakers

  Versi-Dry® Lab Soakers absorb spills quickly and provide a soft thick cushion for fragile items. Super absorbent Versi-Dry® absorbs up to 1050 ml/m². Features a highly durable blue top layer that remains intact even when wet. Available on rolls or pre-cut sheets.
